1. What’s the return policy?

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your Rieka purchase, we will be happy to offer a return of your item(s), within 10 business days of the date of the reception.

Items must be in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) to be eligible for a return.

Returns are at a cost of $ 8 except for items in liquidation which are final sale (no exchange or refund)

2. How do I make a return/exchange?
Go to the "shipping and return" section and you will have all the necessary informations!

3. Does Rieka guarantee the quality of their clothes?
Well, of course! We offer a 100% guarantee on manufactures, fabric & prints. 
If any of your items are defective, please send us an email at service@louvedesign.com it will be a pleasure to correct the situation.

4. What size am I?
Look at the last picture of the products to have the exact measurements or refer to the measurements of the model, If you are still not certain of your size, send us a message on our Facebook page and we will answer you quickly.

5. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to Canada and the US on orders over $150 or a flat fee of 15$. 

6. When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders take 5 –10 business days. So it depends on where the order is shipped & if it needs to be manufactured before shipping (made to order). We ship from Québec, Canada.

7. Does Rieka ship internationally?
Sorry but not yet. But we are working on it. Write us for retail opportunities at: info@rieka.ca

8. Is shopping on Rieka safe?
Yes, of course! We take on-line shopping safety seriously. We use SSL encryption and Shopify’s platform.

9. What method of payment can I use to pay online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

10. Does Rieka charge sales tax?
We are required by law to charge all applicable Canadian sales tax.
In BC, we charge GST and HST. 
In New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario and PEI, we charge HST. 
In Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, we charge GST.
