Vero added the brand Rieka to her resume after falling in love with Tofino. The project came after a holidays that changed her life. The addition of Rieka // a Tofino inspired brand, that includes Local & humble artists was a perfect way to include a unisex & inclusive brand to her portfolio.

Into social entrepreneurship & conscious leadership, the business is transparent & socially responsable.

There is a Louve pop-up section in the shop in Tofino.

We recognize his boards from far away, cause they are all so unique.

They are all custom made here in Tofino, from shaping to glossing.

Bambi -- Illustrator & Muralist

Bambi is an artist actually living in Revelstoke. She made a beautiful illustration while on holidays & we screen printed it right away in Vero’s kitchen.
She is a colorful & versatile artist that also runs an amazing Skate community for Women.

She is here often & we hope to do an official launch of more art with her soon.

Francois Hacher -- Illustrator & photography/videos.

Francois is a multi talented artist from Quebec. He is an official collaborator for the Brand in content creation & graphic design. Travelling the world surfing, Frank has a unique simplicity to his art that inspires authenticity. Self taught in so many skills, he is an inspiration to a lot of us.

Camp Stoked -- For the kids

Based in Ucluelet, BC, Camp Stoked is a youth surfing, skateboarding, and SUP camp. Rieka supports them with goods & collect used equipment in the campaign ’We’ll trash your trash’ at the Tofino store. We also have a crew coming out in September to raise more funds for them. Big love for them.

Ivy Amy Tah-ya Cargill-Martin --Artist

Ivy is born and raise in Tla-o-qui-aht territory also known as part of Vancouver Island. With two very artistic parents, Ivy found inspiration in everything and from every direction. Currently living in an off the grid on a float house, art is her main focus and first love. Everything from drawing, painting, embroidery, carving, graphic recording, stick-and poke tattoos and much more.

I was Born & raised on the west coast of Canada and am very lucky to call "Vancouver Island my home. I grew up in a creative environment which allowed my curiosity to be nurtured. I was taught to value a slower type of living, noticing the value and care that lives in the in between and being patient with life’s process. Within this, there is so much beauty when we pause instead of rush. I love playing with photography as a medium as it captures so much in moments that we may otherwise miss."
